Join Addaline Harwood, 200 HR certified Hatha yoga and Yin yoga certified instructor, for a 8 week deep dive into the alignment of Yoga. In this 8-week class pack we will SLOW down our flow to learn the fundamentals of each posture. From Sun Salutations to Warrior 3 - we will move with intention to learn each posture and how to connect body and movement with our breath.
Each class will start with breath work and meditation and build through a slow-paced sequence of postures. For every pose we will pause...asking ourselves to ground down, tune in to body and breath alike to find our foundation. We will focus on learning some basic sequencing structures: Sun Salutation A and Sun Salutation B, as well as main poses like chair, triangle, warriors 1, 2 and 3 and more! Each week we will build on the previous sessions structure, coming to a peak at week 8 with a slow-paced flow where we intentionally put everything together.
Registered students will purchase all 8 class sessions. Missed class sessions will not be refunded. Class will be held EVERY Tuesday night from 5:30pm-6:30pm from April 7th through May 26th.
Join me for this intermediate-level Vinyasa-style yoga flow. Get ready to unwind, stretch everything out, and relax. We will start class with a breath work or meditation technique, then progress into a warm-up, move through peak poses, cool down, and settle into Savasana to close the class. This class will leave you feeling more connected with your body + breath as well as stretched out and strengthened.
