Join me for this intermediate-level Vinyasa-style yoga flow. Get ready to unwind, stretch everything out, and relax. We will start class with a breath work or meditation technique, then progress into a warm-up, move through peak poses, cool down, and settle into Savasana to close the class. This class will leave you feeling more connected with your body + breath as well as stretched out and strengthened.

Evening Yin Yoga

It's time to unwind and allow the body to release. Join me for a slow-paced, no-impact, relaxing hour. We will focus on 5-10 poses held for 2-5 minutes each -surrendering into each pose to allow the myofascial structure of the body to release tension. Get ready to be completely relaxed in this slow and cozy class.

Yoga for Beginners

Join me for a slow-paced, educational take on the foundations of yoga. We will flow and move through a class sequence, at a gentle pace. Our focus will be on leaning into the sensations of the body to create a sturdy foundation, becoming in tune with our breath, and learning how to build on these skills to deepen our practice.
